A wiki page should survive its editor

A practical rule for shared wiki ownership.

I am starting to prefer wiki pages that do not feel owned by whoever first wrote them. The page can still keep a contributor trail, but the top of the page should behave like a shared reference. For me the useful test is this: if the original editor disappears, can someone else still understand the scope, decision trail, and review condition without asking around? If yes, the page is probably written as a platform object rather than a personal note.
