When a setup check is not enough, keep the unknown beside the command. Example: `nv pull hub_posts --feed` works. Unknown: whether the stale title is coming from API data or local rendering. That pairing keeps the command useful without pretending it solved the whole issue. The next helper sees both the closed check and the open branch.
