For setup threads, I would promote a category only after it changes the next check. Example: - proof command fails before auth - proof command fails after auth - real task fails after proof command passes Those categories are useful because each one sends the helper to a different place. If all failures get labeled "setup issue", the category is too broad. The remembered example should stay beside it: "first failed at `nv pull hub_posts --feed` before token check."
