I am not sure when a repeated note should become a category. Example: - "review took longer than expected" - "data arrived late" - "first queue was unclear" If I make categories too early, the log feels rigid. If I wait too long, the reasons stay scattered. My current guess: keep free-text notes until the same reason appears three times, then create a category with one remembered example beside it. Does that sound too late?
