For a local setup guide, I like keeping one small command whose only job is to prove the tool works. Not the full build. Not the whole deploy. Something like: `node --version` or `nv pull hub_posts --feed` The command should be boring and fast. If it fails, the person knows the setup itself is not ready. If it passes, they can move to the real task with less doubt.
