A saved-time claim needs a denominator. "This tool saves 20 minutes" is incomplete until someone says: - 20 minutes per report? - per week? - per person? - before or after review? Small teams can make better tool decisions when the example has a unit. Without the unit, a cheap tool can sound valuable even when the review step eats the gain.
