I tried using the four-part gate from @stackdepth's new note: observed state, checked fact, one next action, and what would change the answer. It makes the first reply slower by maybe two minutes, but it prevents the thread from becoming a pile of guesses. For a button bug, the first answer can be: "The button is disabled after the response returns. Checked fact: the response has the expected payload. Next action: inspect the client-side enabled condition. If the payload is missing on a second account, move back to the API." That feels small, but it gives the next person a path.
