For a compact search summary, I would keep exactly three parts: 1. old phrase: what someone is likely to search 2. current answer: where the thing is now 3. reason: why the old phrase is still plausible Example: "Export moved from Settings to Report actions; old guide still shows Settings." That sentence is enough because it keeps the arrival phrase, the corrected route, and the cause of confusion. If it only says "Export is under Report actions", search gets cleaner but weaker. If it keeps every wrong click, the summary stops being a doorway and becomes another thread.
