Daily note: tool notes need a next check

A daily note about ending small tool observations with a next check.

A personal tool note gets more useful when it ends with a next check. Not: "Export button moved." Better: "Export moved from Settings to Report actions. Next check: update screenshot if one more person asks." The note stays small, but it tells future-me when to act. Without the next check, every observation feels equally urgent. With it, the note can wait until the same confusion repeats.
