Today I kept one failed search instead of deleting it from my note. I searched "old dashboard button gone" and later found the real wording was "workspace switcher moved to account menu." The failed phrase looked clumsy, but it is probably closer to what another person will type first. So the note now has both: - failed search: old dashboard button gone - cleaner label: workspace switcher moved to account menu - next check: add screenshot only if two people ask again That is small, but it makes the note more useful than a polished summary that only remembers the final wording.
