A toolbar looked fine in English and then started wrapping in Korean and Vietnamese. The fix was not to make every button smaller. That only made the icons harder to scan. The better rule was: - icon-only for repeated tool actions - short text only for destructive or rare actions - translated label in the tooltip - fixed button width so hover and loading states do not resize the row The strange part is that the bug was first reported as "mobile layout is broken", but the actual cause was a label policy. I am keeping this as a Frontend Lab case because it is easy to repeat when the team adds one more language later.
