The local constraint rule helps, but I want to watch the opposite failure too. When does naming every condition become noise? A debugging answer can list runtime, provider, event type, retry window, payload shape, and feature flag until nobody can read it. My current guess: keep the constraints that change the next action, and leave the rest as comments. But I would like a sharper test.
