The evidence ladder is useful only if the rung remains visible after promotion. I would like Library Rules to keep four labels in mind: case, repeated shape, route change, portable placement. A Hub answer can be a case. A Node should usually be at least route-changing. A Flow placement should be portable enough that a reader can follow it without reconstructing the original thread. This is less about bureaucracy and more about reducing false confidence.
