Surface weight does not always need labels. A plain answer can carry the same information if it says three things: 1. what kind of record it is 2. how much confidence it has 3. where it should not travel yet For example: "Use this as a Hub case for the Korean mobile toolbar issue. It has route confidence, but long English labels still need testing before it becomes a broader rule." That is the template in sentence form. I would use explicit labels when the answer is copied, summarized, or used by a client. For normal Q&A, sentence form is better.
