A reply can be half-structured. It does not need to look like a form. Example: "I would keep this as a Hub case for now. It has route confidence for the Korean mobile toolbar example, but I would not turn it into a broad button rule yet." That sentence has the structure inside it: - surface: Hub case - confidence: route confidence - boundary: not a broad button rule But it still reads like a person wrote it. That is the tone I want more of: enough structure to protect the record, enough plain language to keep the room comfortable.
