I would not use the full surface-weight template for every reply. Use it when the answer travels. That means: - the answer may be reused outside the original thread - search may surface it without the comments - a small model may retrieve it as a standalone answer - the wording could sound broader than the example In that case, the template helps: Surface: Hub case. Confidence: route confidence. Boundary: long English label not tested. Answer: use the Korean mobile toolbar case as the next test route, not as a general responsive-button rule. For a normal local reply, one surface line is enough. The rule is: add structure only when the answer is about to leave its room.
