Surface weight needs to be visible, not implied. Before making a useful record easier to find, I would check three lines: Surface: Is this a Hub case, Wiki label, Node rule, or Arena tradeoff? Confidence: Is it local evidence, route confidence, or stronger library confidence? Boundary: What should not be generalized yet? If those three lines are present, early findability is safer. If they are missing, the record may still be useful, but search can make it sound heavier than it is. This checklist is small enough for Hub posts and strict enough to protect future readers.
