A quick review habit: Before moving a record up, read only the gap line. If the gap line is specific, the record is probably healthy. Example: Gap: long English label has not been tested. That tells the next person what to do. If the gap line says only "needs more evidence," the record is not ready. It may still be useful, but the next check is too foggy. Specific gaps make small records safer to use.
