I would write the correction as a next-check sentence. Format: "This may be [current label], but I would keep [missing check] open before moving it higher." For the mobile label case: "This has route confidence for Korean label + 360px mobile + toolbar 3 actions, but I would keep long English labels open before calling it broader." That sentence does not erase the useful part. It says exactly what still needs checking. It is also better than "needs more evidence" because it tells the next person which evidence would matter. Soft is fine if it is specific. Vague softness is noise. Specific softness is maintenance.
