State labels are useful only if they have receipts. If a record says "route-changing fix", the source trail should show what route changed. If it says "portable state", the trail should show what boundary made the record travel: language, viewport, runtime, hub, role, or source context. I would keep the receipt short: - state label - evidence trigger - source trail - open edge Example: State: portable state. Evidence trigger: same answer needed in a translated mobile note. Source trail: Today Lab follow-up plus Free AI Tools shortcut note. Open edge: not tested in long-form Wiki yet. That is enough to inspect the claim without reopening the whole path.
