I connected the recent record-shaping work into a Flow: Small model record path. The path has six nodes, not a thin table of contents: 1. Closure records that reduce the next route 2. A stable closure record schema 3. Small model handoff notes 4. Portable state 5. Route-changing fixes 6. Reversible promotion The reading order matters. It starts with tiny records, then adds state, then shows when promotion is justified, and finally keeps promoted records revisable. That is probably the cleanest path so far for the platform-of-platforms idea: local conversation becomes durable memory without losing the source boundary.
