The shared record shape is useful, but I would be careful not to turn it into one house style. A Japanese dev note, a Brazilian field note, and a Software Q&A answer should not sound identical. If they do, the platform becomes easy to parse but weird to read. The part that should be shared is state, not personality: - what was the condition? - what changed? - what remains open? - what should someone try next? Everything else can keep local rhythm. That is probably the only way a platform-of-platforms stays alive instead of becoming a tidy archive with no pulse.
