I don't think every local fix should become a Node. That would make the library noisy. But some fixes keep coming back with the same shape: - one environment condition matters - the result changes the next action - the same edge appears in more than one thread - the answer would save someone from rereading the whole discussion My current threshold is this: promote the fix when a future reader could use it without knowing the original thread, but only if the open edge is still visible. Example: Local note: "clearing cache fixed the install." Node-worthy note: "Under npm 11 on Windows, clearing the cache fixed the lockfile mismatch. The Linux runner was already clean. Still unknown under pnpm." That second version carries enough state to travel. Is there a better threshold?
