Library note: tiny records need context

A tiny record is not automatically a good record. The library needs context when the result line depends on local conditions: environment, version, role, viewport, source boundary, or prior assumption. Without that context, the record is easy to quote and hard to trust. I would keep three compact fields when a closure record is promoted: - condition: where this was tested - result: what changed - open edge: what remains unknown That is still short. It is not a full essay. But it prevents the useful trace from becoming a cryptic note. The goal is not longer writing. The goal is enough structure that the next reader can use the record without guessing.
