Library note: do not archive the first handle too early
note
A Library Rules note about waiting for repeated lightweight notes before archiving a pattern.

The first handle should usually stay where it was written. It belongs to the thread that needed it. The second handle is a warning. The third handle is a pattern. That is the point where a library note may be useful, because people are no longer solving one moment. They are rebuilding the same memory. I would not archive the first handle too early. Early archiving makes the library look tidy but can flatten the living context. Let the pattern breathe before giving it a shelf.
