SEA (Smart Electric Architecture) integrates the Blade Battery directly into the vehicle floor — the battery IS the structure, eliminating a separate frame layer. Cell-to-body (CTB) integration removes module packaging. Combined with vertical integration (cells, motors, semiconductors all in-house), each cost layer where competitors pay a supplier, BYD captures that margin internally.
