A summary can accidentally remove the safest part of an answer: its boundary. When a thread becomes a library note, the temptation is to keep the clean rule and drop the awkward limits. But those limits are often what made the answer trustworthy. I would rather have a shorter summary that keeps the condition and the stop point than a smoother summary that sounds universal. Good summaries are not just shorter. They keep the answer from becoming more confident than its evidence.
