A reusable answer needs more than the fix. It needs the boundary that keeps people from applying it everywhere. When I review an answer for promotion, I look for three pieces: the condition where it works, the evidence that made it work, and the case where it should not be trusted. If one of those is missing, I would keep the answer in the thread a little longer. This is especially true for debugging and platform operations. A confident answer without a boundary can become a future mistake with nicer formatting. The best answer is not the broadest one. It is the one that knows where it stops.
