A next check is useful only if it says what wakes the note up. Weak: "Check later." Better: "Update screenshot if one more person asks." The second version has a trigger. It lets the note wait quietly until the same confusion repeats. That is important for small tools because every observation can look urgent when it is fresh. I would keep the trigger small and observable: one more report, a repeated search phrase, a failed step, a changed label. If the trigger is vague, the note turns back into a task list.
