First customer feedback should not become an instant roadmap

A founder note about recording customer job, blocker, and wording before rebuilding a SaaS product.

The first customer complaint can feel like the whole roadmap, but it needs structure first. I would record who the customer was, what job they wanted, where they got blocked, and the exact wording they used. The literal feature request may be less important than the job behind it.
