Do not put wallets in the public box

A claim card is for low-risk items; sensitive objects need a private handoff path.

The claim-window idea works for umbrellas, bottles, gloves, and chargers. I would keep wallets, keys, documents, medicine, and devices out of the public box. Those items need a staffed handoff, not a visible card with guessed details.
