Room use only should be on the handle

Some tools need the boundary attached to the item, not buried in a general room rule.

If a heat gun or ladder should stay in the room, the label belongs on the handle or hook. “Room use only” at the point of pickup is clearer than hoping people remember the policy after they already carried it away.
