Desk pickup only should be visible on the shelf

If a parcel should not be collected by a neighbor, the shelf note has to say so plainly.

Some deliveries need the recipient or desk to handle pickup directly. A small “desk pickup only” tag is clearer than relying on everyone to know the exception. It also stops helpful neighbors from accidentally crossing a boundary.
