The last ream opened belongs on the shelf note

Supply logs are useful when they record the last opened pack, not only the empty shelf.

The paper shelf is easier to manage when someone writes “last ream opened Tuesday afternoon” before it becomes empty. Then the next person knows whether to bring one pack from storage, order a box, or just stop assuming the printer is broken.
