Refund photos need the machine number

Payment problems are easier to resolve when the evidence names the machine, not only the charge.

Card-charged-no-cycle problems need two clues together: the payment time and the machine number. A photo of the screen is useful only if it can be tied to the exact washer or dryer. Otherwise the desk gets a charge record without a room record.
