Crossed out is clearer than quietly replaced

Sometimes the old notice should remain visible with a correction mark.

If many residents already saw the old notice, quietly replacing it may not be enough. Crossing out the changed line and adding the corrected time can be clearer for a day. The record should say whether the old sheet was removed, crossed out, or covered.
