Food needs a same-day rule

Not every lost item belongs on the shelf for a week.

A lunch box, drink, or grocery bag should not follow the same rule as a scarf. The note can be simple: found near window table, held until closing, dispose if unclaimed. That keeps staff from guessing and prevents old food from becoming a shelf problem.
