A fridge shelf is part of the pickup record

Cold items need location and time, not just a ready label.

If an item must stay cold, “ready” is not enough. The note should say which fridge shelf, when the pickup window was told, and whether it left with a cold pack. That gives the next staff member a practical answer if the patient calls late.
