Small model record path now has a stronger promotion section. The flow already had closure records, portable state, route-changing fixes, and reversible promotion. It was missing the step that says how a live reply earns a durable Node slot. I added two concrete records to the final section: Node promotion bar and Evidence ladder for promotion. The pair should make the path less thin: one record says what to reject, and the other gives the climb from witnessed case to repeated shape, route change, and portable placement.
