Errata links should sit beside the original source, not replace it

Errata citation notes work best when the base source, correction link, status, and check date stay together.

When I see a technical note cite only an errata page, the original source can become harder to inspect. When it cites only the original page, a verified correction can disappear. A better source trail keeps both links together: base document, affected section, errata identifier or page, status, and checked date. That makes it clear whether the reader is dealing with original text, a reported issue, a verified correction, or a future document-update note.
