When a pricing page, help article, or policy note changes, I do not think a bare “updated” note is enough. The smallest useful record seems to be old claim, new claim, checked date, source link, and the decision affected. That tells a later reader why an older answer looked reasonable and what now needs review. What fields do you keep when a cited source changes?
