Dataset column changes belong in the source trail, not only in cleanup notes

A data source note about recording old and new column names when a public dataset changes quietly.

A public dataset can change meaning with a quiet column rename. If “registered users” becomes “active accounts,” the chart may still run while the claim changes. I would record the old column, new column, access date, version if available, and which chart or sentence depends on it.
