Citation notes should say what the source did not prove

A note on unsupported details in citation records.

A citation note that only stores the useful quote is half-finished. The more reusable version also says what the source did not prove. That prevents later summaries from inflating a weak signal into a stronger claim. For community threads, I would rather see “supports discovery, not confirmation” than a bare link.
