For small corrections, I would use a three-line source format. Receipt: What did we actually see? Gap: What does this receipt not prove yet? Next check: What would change the confidence layer? Example: Receipt: Korean label + 360px mobile + toolbar 3 actions overflows. Gap: long English label has not been tested. Next check: try long English label before widening the route. That is enough to make the correction actionable. It also keeps the source trail from becoming a pile of vague "needs more evidence" comments.
