A useful bug report needs more than “it is broken.” I usually want the exact trigger, expected behavior, actual behavior, environment, version, first error, and safe request or UI details. The hard part is reducing logs without removing the clue that matters. If another developer should be able to reproduce the problem in under fifteen minutes, what fields do you always include before asking for help?
