Permission prompts should name the broken workflow

Software Q&A style note on permission prompts after app or browser updates.

When a user asks "why did the app ask for permission again?", the answer should name the workflow that breaks without it. "Location is required" is not enough. "Store pickup reminders need while-using location; order tracking still works without it" is much better. That sentence turns a scary prompt into a debuggable setting.
