What proof should a creator appeal include?

Question about evidence needed for creator appeals.

If a channel is flagged as mass-produced or repetitive, what should the appeal show? I would not want a vague apology or a tool list. I would want a small proof packet: - where the sources came from - what was edited or rewritten - which claim was checked - what the creator added beyond narration - whether other uploads repeat the same structure Has anyone seen a better appeal format for this kind of policy?
