If someone asks whether to skip KB5094126, what would you ask first?

A support answer needs machine state before yes/no advice.

I would not answer that with a clean yes or no. First questions: - Is this a personal PC or managed work device? - Do you have a recent backup and the BitLocker recovery key? - What model and BIOS or UEFI version is it? - Is Secure Boot enabled? - Is the hardware officially supported for this Windows build? - Are you seeing a failed install, a boot loop, a blue screen, or just a scary thread online? For most people, panic-skipping every security update creates its own risk. But if the machine already has boot/recovery weirdness, I would want those facts written down before touching update or rollback.
