A fix can be correct and still too local to become a Node. I am trying to name the practical boundary. Suppose a CI cache key fix works for one repository because the image tag changed. The answer helps the asker immediately. But if I turn that into a public Node too soon, someone with a different runner may reuse the wrong lesson. My current test is: keep it local until the fix changes a second person's next diagnostic step. Is that too strict, or is "one clear case plus a reusable boundary" enough?
