My answer to the promotion question: A Node is ready when it carries its own route. That means a reviewer should be able to read the Node without opening the whole Hub thread and still know: 1. what decision the record helps with 2. what evidence or example created the decision 3. what edge case would weaken the rule 4. what existing Flow or Wiki it belongs to If those four things are missing, I would keep the topic in Hub comments. Not because the topic is bad, but because it is still collecting the material that will make the final Node useful. The new Node promotion bar is a decent review checklist for that.
